SEEA Systems Ltd. is a regulatory technology and digital infrastructure company, incorporated in Accra, Ghana in February 2026. We build decision-intelligence platforms for food systems, agricultural commodity supply chains, life science industries, and regulated sectors across Africa — starting from West Africa.
The founding was not the beginning.
SEEA Systems was founded in February 2026 in Accra, Ghana. But the founding was not the beginning of the story.
The story began many years earlier, working inside West Africa's agri-commodity quality and regulatory systems. What became clear over that time was a structural opportunity: data was being generated at every stage of the supply chain — in quality assessments, inspection records, storage systems, and laboratory results — with significant potential to improve the decisions being made at every level.
The practitioners working inside those systems were genuinely expert. What they lacked was the infrastructure to channel the information they were generating into the decisions it could improve. That observation — repeated across sector after sector, country after country — became the founding brief for SEEA Systems.

Many years of working directly inside those systems produced both the empirical foundation and the design specification for what was needed. Not another application. Infrastructure: platforms designed for the operating environments that actually exist, built on direct institutional knowledge of what those environments require.
The recognition that this opportunity was not sector-specific — that it ran across every food system, every regulated supply chain, every bioprocessing operation, and every life science regulatory environment in the region — was what shaped SEEA Systems' five-division structure.
SEEA Systems is registered under the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992), Ghana (Reg. No. CS032720226). It is an African company, building for African conditions, with African data sovereignty as a design principle and African institutional knowledge as the design foundation.
Every client owns their data. SEEA Systems never sells, shares, or commercially exploits client operational data. Data sovereignty is a design principle — built into the architecture of every platform. Clients can verify this commitment at both the technical and contractual level.

SEEA Systems' founding team brings together direct operational experience across West African food, agricultural, and life science systems, institutional governance expertise, and domain knowledge across all five sector divisions.
Anthony Oppong Kyekyeku is a food systems scientist and regulatory infrastructure specialist whose career spans the full length of the agri-commodity quality chain — from laboratory validation and bioprocess systems to sector-level governance. He is affiliated with the CSIR College of Science and Technology, Faculty of Bioresources and Applied Sciences, where his research programme focuses on quorum-sensing dynamics in cocoa fermentation and the application of AI-enhanced digital twins in bioprocess decision systems. He is a member of the Project Management Institute (PMI), the American Society of Quality (ASQ), and the Regulatory Affairs Professional Society (RAPS).
Anthony founded SEEA Systems with the conviction that Africa's food and life science sectors deserve the same quality of decision-intelligence infrastructure that governs markets elsewhere — built by people who understand the systems from the inside.
Theresah Oppong Kyekyeku is Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of SEEA Systems. As CEO, she holds ultimate accountability for all platform deployments, client relationships, team decisions, and investor and institutional conversations across SEEA Systems' five-division portfolio.
Her formation as a leader is international in scope. She holds a BSc in Applied Mathematics from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana — a foundation in quantitative reasoning that underpins her approach to financial and operational governance. She is an AIMS Scholar — a designation awarded by the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences, one of Africa's most selective and prestigious postgraduate programmes in quantitative science. She is an international scholar in economics and sustainability at the University of Ferrara, Department of Economics, Italy, bringing a rigorous analytical framework to the governance and commercial strategy of SEEA Systems. Under her leadership, the company is building the institutional relationships and commercial architecture required to deliver decision-intelligence infrastructure across Africa at scale.
Sussana Antwi-Boasiako is Co-Founder of SEEA Systems and Division Lead for Food Integrity, the company's quality governance and food authenticity platforms. Her domain expertise in food quality and food safety systems is the foundation on which Division 4's platforms are built.
A lecturer in Food Production at the Hotel, Catering and Institutional Management Department of the Accra Technical University, Sussana has an active academic record across food quality delivery, green supply chain management, technology adoption in hospitality, and food safety governance. She has contributed to peer-reviewed publications and book chapters, including work published by Apple Academic Press. She is an international scholar, having studied at MS Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences in India for her doctorate.
Dr. Francis Kwadwo Awuah is Co-Founder and Dean of SEEA Academy — the institutional learning and certification arm of SEEA Systems. SEEA Academy is a strategic business line and force multiplier: every platform deployed across all five divisions generates a training and certification requirement, and Dr. Awuah builds and runs the system that fulfils that requirement at scale.
He holds a PhD in Mathematics Education from the University of South Africa (UNISA) and serves as a Lecturer in the Department of Teacher Education at KNUST. His research spans TVET curriculum design, AI integration in education, digital tools for inclusive learning, ethnomathematics, and innovative pedagogical frameworks. He is a member of the Association for Mathematics Educators of South Africa (AMESA). His expertise in curriculum architecture, structured certification, and adult learning methodology across sub-Saharan African educational environments is the academic and professional foundation on which SEEA Academy is built.

Professional certification and capacity development for every platform across all five SEEA Systems divisions. The Academy fulfils the training and certification requirement that every platform deployment generates — at scale, with credential validity, and aligned to the international regulatory frameworks that govern each domain.
Certified to every platform standard.
Structured L1, L2, and L3 certification for every platform across all five divisions. Curricula are validated by division leads and aligned to the international regulatory frameworks that govern each domain. Every operator, regulator, and institutional partner who deploys a SEEA Systems platform is certified to use it with precision and confidence.
Foundation certification for end users deploying a SEEA Systems platform in an operational context. Covers core workflows, data entry, report generation, and compliance documentation outputs.
Intermediate certification for operators managing platform configuration, user administration, and institutional data governance. Covers system settings, access control, and operational compliance oversight.
Advanced certification for system administrators responsible for full platform deployment, integration management, and technical governance. Covers architecture, API configuration, and audit trail management.
Curriculum partnerships at scale.
SEEA Academy builds formal curriculum partnerships with universities, professional bodies, and government ministries — enabling institutions to integrate SEEA Systems platform certification into their own training and professional development programmes. Partnerships are governed by institutional agreement and accredited through the Academy's quality assurance framework.
The Academy's credibility is directly linked to the Company's credibility with institutional clients.
Priority institutional partnerships in Year 1 include a university partner, a professional body or standards organisation, and a government ministry or regulatory authority. All partnerships are negotiated by the Dean and approved by the CEO.
Building competence inside regulatory systems.
Targeted capacity-building for regulatory officers, commodity board staff, and food safety professionals — aligned to their specific operational mandates and to the SEEA Systems platforms deployed within their institutions. Regulatory capacity programmes are designed in partnership with the deploying institution and delivered by certified Academy faculty.
Programmes address the technical, governance, and decision-intelligence dimensions of platform use — ensuring that regulatory staff who govern platform-generated data are as capable as the operators who generate it.
Credentials that stay current.
SEEA Academy credentials carry a defined validity period, aligned to the platform version cycle and to updates in the regulatory frameworks each platform encodes. Recertification is mandatory for L2 and L3 holders and optional for L1 holders, ensuring that certified practitioners remain aligned with the platforms they govern as those platforms evolve.
The recertification cycle is governed by the Academy's quality assurance framework and administered by the Dean. Recertification programmes are structured as focused update modules covering the specific changes in platform version or regulatory framework since the previous certification.
