An African company,
building for African conditions.
SEEA Systems Ltd. is a regulatory technology and digital infrastructure company, incorporated in Accra, Ghana in February 2026. We build decision-intelligence platforms for food systems, agricultural commodity supply chains, fermentation and bioprocessing operations, and regulated industries across West Africa.
The founding was not the beginning.
SEEA Systems was founded in February 2026 in Accra, Ghana. But the founding was not the beginning of the story.
The story began fourteen years earlier, working inside West Africa's agri-commodity quality and regulatory systems. What became clear over that time was a structural problem that no individual solution could fix: data being generated at every stage of the supply chain — in quality assessments, inspection records, storage systems, and laboratory results — and failing to reach the decisions it could have improved.
The decisions were being made anyway. By practitioners who were genuinely expert, in systems that gave them no better alternative. That was not a failure of the people. It was a failure of the infrastructure.
"Across West African food and commodity systems, data has long been generated in volume and used in isolation. The problem is not a shortage of information. It is a shortage of the infrastructure that turns information into decisions."
Fourteen years of working directly inside those systems — combined with a structured research programme at KNUST in food quality management — produced both the empirical foundation and the design specification for what was missing. Not another application. Infrastructure: platforms designed for the operating environments that actually exist, built on the science of what those environments produce.
The recognition that this infrastructure gap was not sector-specific — that it ran across every food system, every regulated supply chain, and every bioprocessing operation in the region — was what made SEEA Systems necessary. And the decision to build it, rather than wait for someone else to, was what made it possible.
SEEA Systems is registered under the Companies Act, 2019 (Act 992), Ghana (Reg. No. CS032720226). It is an African company, building for African conditions, with African data sovereignty as a design principle and African institutional knowledge as the design specification.
Every client owns their data. SEEA Systems never sells, shares, or commercially exploits client operational data. Data sovereignty is a design principle — built into the architecture of every platform — not a contract clause.
Founded and led by practitioners.
SEEA Systems' founding team brings together fourteen years of direct sector experience, full-stack technical depth, and institutional governance capability. Every platform we build reflects direct operational knowledge of the environments our clients inhabit.
Anthony holds primary responsibility for company strategy, product vision, investor and partnership relationships, and the direction of the research programme. His fourteen years working across West African agri-commodity quality and regulatory systems gave him both the domain knowledge that underpins SEEA Systems' platforms and the empirical clarity about what infrastructure was missing.
He is a published author on food systems governance and the corresponding author on four manuscripts currently under peer review at high-impact international journals. A preprint is available on SSRN. His external writing has appeared in African Arguments.

The science behind the platforms.
SEEA Systems is a science-led company. Its decision-intelligence platforms are grounded in original peer-reviewed research — not in assumptions about what African food systems need, but in empirical work conducted inside those systems over fourteen years of direct practice.
The company maintains an active publication programme across food quality management, fermentation science, and biotechnology, targeting high-impact international journals. Anthony also writes for external policy and academic outlets on food systems governance and regulatory infrastructure in Africa.

Every client owns their data. SEEA Systems never sells, shares, or commercially exploits client operational data. Data sovereignty is a design principle — built into the architecture of every platform — not a contract clause that may or may not be enforced. Government ministries, commodity boards, and institutional partners can verify this commitment at the technical level, not merely at the contractual one.
